A big part of building confidence is making yourself healthy physically and emotionally. It involves getting rid of negative self talk as outlined in other areas of the site. But there are also physical things you can do to get your body back on track. Remember that every part of you is intimately connected and your emotional feelings and physical behavior are not mutually exclusive. Sometimes in order to help one area, you’re going to have to focus on everything all at once. It might sound intimidating at first, but you’ll find that being able to do things outside of the realm of always concentrating on your inner thoughts can actually be quite easy. For example, instead of constantly focusing on your thoughts or behaviors, you can do something rather straightforward like exercising.
